Yes, for health and safety, opened or used products are considered final sale. However, unopened items returned within 60 days qualify for a full refund.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our studio.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each Always Grio oil and balm is blended and bottled by hand in the U.S.A., using high-quality botanicals chosen for their purity, comfort, and harmony with the body.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every blend is crafted with natural, gentle ingredients and is free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances. We recommend a small patch test for very sensitive skin.

How long do your products last once opened?
Each Always Grio blend is made to stay fresh and effective for up to 18 months after opening. To preserve their natural integrity, store your oils and balms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep lids tightly closed after each use.
