RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Please note: our $5 sample offer is non-refundable.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
